Well, they may be unhappy, but should consider the real purpose of posting
the records, which I would hope is to disseminate information on a large
scale, not just make money. How else are so many of us supposed to get this
information ....

Thanks for that info, Tony. I was unaware
that the Hug Soc is/was unhappy with the
LDS posting of these records. Are you
able to share with us more fully the Hug
Soc's view about this?
Also, I'm assuming that the Society
feels the same way about other
extracted French Protestant records on
the IGI such as, for example, the
Threadneedle Street baptisms. Regards,
