Hi!

I've just started researching my father's family lineage, SZUCS (his mother)
and HOROSZ (his father, which was 'Americanized' to HORAZ).

I'm looking for information on my grandfather's family, Alexander HOROSZ,
born in Kecskemet, Hungary on 12 June 1891, and my grandmother's family, Mary
SZUCS, born in Kecskemet, Hungary. There is some discrepancy with her
birthdate, it being either 2 Feb or 1 Feb, of either 1894 or 1895. Her
cemetary headstone says 1894, the foot plate says 1895. (Only the birth Year
appears on both).

Mary's brothers are named John, Alex, (no birthdates), and John, born 30 Aug.
1888; sisters named Bertha born 2 March 1892, Sophie born 20 July 1883,
Elizabeth born in 1898, and Helen born 18 June 1910 (possibly in the USA, as
Mary was in NYC area at the age of 12).

Alexander's brothers: Frank, Joseph, Steven (no birthdates), John Horosz Sr
born 1884, died 1975; one sister, Julia, no birthdate.

So happy I found this list--any suggestions for overseas contacts would be
greatly appreciated!
