here's the shocker, The indexes for New York and Philadelphia are NOT
complete because the idiotic microfilmer did NOT film the back side of
the card indexes.
I should know because I examined the cards on microfilm and noticed some
references to the back side and compared those ones on the manifests
which showed more children.
