I would like to add to what
Radix stated on making sure you use accented characters.

I tryed the phonebook on the name Szepi
and I got 3 names

Then I tryed it on the name with the proper accents
Szépi and got three completely different names.

So you may want to try the name both ways. It appears that some
names may be in the phonebook without the special characters
and some are.

For those of you that cannot read the special characters
The e in Szépi has a ' over it.
