Elaine,

Where might one find a "midwife's certificate"? Is the handling of it the
same as a birth certificate? My husband's ggrandmother, Mary SPONTAK ADAMS,
was a midwife, who lived in PA & NJ after immigrating from Hungary in the
late 1800s.
