I have belonged to this list and read everyones postings.

I FINALLY got out of Indiana and have the name of a city in Hungary.


But alas....problems.

The city given is Dobret or Dobrete Abanj (spelled both ways on same document)

There are two small dots over the "o" and an apostrophe type mark over the
first "e".

Cannot find it anywhere.

Also the parents names were "Joannes Szabo" and "Apollonia Molnar"

I don't believe these are Hungarian given names ......??

ANY ANY ANY help would be more than appreciated..
