Hi Everyone, All of you are just great to take the time and effort on
my behalf and I so appreciate everyone's advice. I loved Dennis' smart
way (enclosing photos) of fooling the people who do more than deliver
the mail! That's a great idea. Thanks.
Alex, then you can also write to this Bishop for information you seek.
The address I was given is being checked by Dr. Dennis Bardos, but here
is what I have in the meantime with Dennis' suggestion of how to
address/and close letter to the Bishop (his diocese covers the whole
area):

Fotisztelendo (umlatts on "o") Horkay Laszlo (a & o have ' over them)
Puspok (u and o have umlatts over them) Ur (U has ' over it), 89463
Nagydobrony, Felveg u. 2., Ungvari Jaras, Karpatalja, Ukrajna. I have no
clue on how to do this on my computer.

Fotisztelendo Horkay Laszlo Puspok Ur
89463 Nagydobrony, Felveg u. 2
Ungvari jaras, Karpatalja
Ukrajna

Dennis wrote to use the same salutation in the letter "Fortisztelendo
Horkay Laszlo Puspok Ur" and close as "Kivalo Tisztelettel" (with '
over a and o in Kivalo) As soon as Dennis receives address confirmation,
we can both send out our letters. Lil
