How would I get in touch with the administrators of the cemetery in Pula?

It would appear that for years someone in the family must have paid for
it....I have a photo of the plot and the tombstone. Now, I am wondering if
they continue to pay and if not, can I do it.

Are plots pricey or reasonable ? I guess that prices are all relative.
