Hi.......found what i believe to be the immigration info on my Ggrandfather
and his arrival to Ellis Island on their weebsite......his place of residence
is listed as EBERGO and he is listed as Hungarian.....all other records found
for him lists his ancestry as Austria-Hungary....anyone know where EBERGO
might be or what the spelling should be....could not find it on
StetlSeeker.....also.....have his marriage record, naturalization records and
death certificate.....none of them state where in Hungary he was from.....and
he didn't live long enough to be on the SSDI so anyone have any ideas where
else i could find his city of origin??... he died in 1933 and have not seen
his 1930 census record yet....did the 1930 census list town of
birth??......thanks....Joe
