Hi Charles,
Using Suzanne's Hungarian Village Finder, Atlas, and
Gazetteer for the Kingdom of Hungary CD-ROM:
http://hungarianvillagefinder.com/cdrom/CD.html
I cannot find any place called PREANICZ and this CD is
just about the most thorough resource I've seen for
locating anyplace that was in the old Austro-Hungarian
Empire. Where did you get this placename from?
As for LEVELEK, the HVF shows that to be in the old
Nyir-Btor Jrs, Szabolcs Megye. You can find it on
this map from Etvs University, Department of
Cartography:
http://lazarus.elte.hu/hun/maps/1910/szabi.jpg
Appears it is still in Hungary today so you should be
able to locate it on this interactive map as well:

Hope this helps,
Steve
