Hello Kay,
The publication that I reviewed in this case did not mention any more
about the slaves.. I, also, feel that
there is probably information somewhere that would help other researches,
whether they be white, black,
or of mixed blood.. I am personally trying to identify all of the HUNT
lines that ever lived in MS, and find that
it is a "huge undertaking", to say the least. I would definitely like to
find a black person also doing HUNT family
research that might be willing to help me out.. Doing everyone is entirely
too much for one person, as was
pointed out to me when I first thought of doing this project.. Sooooo, if
there is anyone doing the black side or
mixed blood side of the MS Hunt Lines, I would appreciate hearing from you.
