1. ISAAC A.2 HUTSON (GEORGE1) was born 1786 in near Pumpkin, Pendleton Co.,
SC, and died May 1859 in Sweet Home, Pike Co., AR. He married JANE ? Abt.
1808 in Pendleton Co., SC?. She was born Abt. March 11, 1790 in Virginia,
and died October 03, 1852 in Hempstead or Pike Co., AR.

Notes for ISAAC A. HUTSON:

The Isaac Hudson in these deeds may or may not be our Isaac. 12 Mile Creek
empties into the Savannah River, while George Hutson (father to Isaac?) had
land on Oolanoy Creek that emptied into Saluda River.

Pendleton District, South Carolina Deeds 1790-1806 by Willie

Bk F, Pg. 402-403 20 March, 1802 James Martin of York Co., SC for $400 sold
to Isaac Hudson and Charles Morgan, both of Pendleton Co., 640 acres.
Charles Morgan lived on the land and it was a grant to Alexander McConnel
and James Martin in 1784, on 12 Mile River above Anderson's old mill.

Bk G. Pg. 206 Oct. 27, 1803 Isaac Hudson and John Barnett witnesses for John
Hunt to John Patterson, land on 12 mile Creek.

Bk G. Pg. 382-283 Isaac Hudson for $ (was blank) sold to John Patterson 265
acres on 12 Mile River bd. Patrick Hay, part of tract granted Alexander
McCannel 24 Nov. ____. Wit: Moses Hunt. Moses made oath 25 Sep. 1805. From

There is an Isaac Hudson on the 1810 Census of Pendleton District, South
Carolina, Pg. 148, line 6 of 2nd part. He was 26-45, his wife was in 16-25
bracket, 2 sons under 10.

Isaac Hutson and David Hutson (Isaac's brother?) first showed up on the tax
list of Capt. William E. Akeman's Co. for White Co., Tennessee in 1816.
David's land, 30 acres, was on Rum Creek. Isaac had 1 white poll.

Capt. Scoggon's Co. taken by William Denny, Esg.

Another early Hutson family, Pink Hutson/Hudson lived near the Weavers on
Cherry Creek and Pink and George Hutson's names appear together on one
document. Pink came from Virginia with his wife's family, Catron.

Isaac Hutson 410010-10010 4 boys under 10, 1 boy under 16, male age between
26-45, 1 girl under 10, female between 26-45. Listed near other Hutsons.

Isaac was listed between his brother? George Hutson on one side and Ruth
Durham and Hezekiah Dildine on the other. 1840 Census, White Co., TN

Isaac Hutson age 50/60, wife 50/60 5 son, 5 daughters.

(2 sons, David D. and Davis W. Hutson had married and listed also in White
Co. Isaac still lived next brother? George Hutson)

This land was on Taylor's Creek adjoining surveys of Benjamin Lockhart,
Nathaniel Bramblett and Hezekiah Dildine. Chain carriers- Daniel Miller and
William Cooley. (The Cooley came on to Hempstead Co., Arkansas. A Donald
Miller had married Lucretia Hutson in 1812)

Hutson and William Kitchens.

1830 White Co. Census James H. Nelson 1211001-001001 Man aged 40-50, woman
age 30-40, 5 boys and 1 girl.

April 10, 1820 Land where Isaac Hutson now lives, adjoins land sold by
Anthony Dibrell and John C. McLemon and Levi Swain, where Swain now lives,
part of Elisa Williams tract on waters of Rum Creek. (Isaac was a neighbor)

(Elias Williams had obtained a grant of 5000 acres and sold it in small
parcels.)

by virtue of entry No. 421 and dated the 23rd.

I have surveyed for Isaac Hutson one hundred and ten acres of land in the
county aforesaid on the waters of Taylors Creek. Beginning at a black oak
the South west corner of a twenty acre tract entered in the name of Benjamin
Lockhart, running thence at seventy eight poles to a small persimmon, small
hickory and some shoe make bushes, Nathaniel Brambletts corner, thence north
with his line passing his corner in all two hundred and eight poles to a
small dogwood grub and pointers on Easkiah Dilldines line; thence East with
the same passing his corner in all eighty four and an half poles to a stake,
black gum and a maple pointers in a swamp, thence South two hundred and
eight poles to a stake and pointers, thence west six and an half poles to
the beginning

Entry # 381, surveyed for William Cooley, the name was Hezekiah Dildine.

In a comparison of children's ages, marriages and census records, we may not
have the names of all Isaac and Jane Hutson's family. There could be as many
as 2 sons and 1 daughter unknown.
