Cher Chris,
In the "Dictionnaire National des Communes de France" (lookups on request)
LIZY (02-Aine), ar. Laon, c. Anizy-le-Chateau, 244 h.
LIZY-SUR-OURCQ (77-Seine-et-Marne), ar.Meaux, ch. l. c. 2386 h.
If it may help
BTW, MEAUX is a famous place with two famous bishops:
1) BRICONNET, one of the first in French Reformation
2) BOSSUET, who intellectually fought Protestantism with talent.
