Hi: I am a descendent of Abraham Soblet. He sailed on April 19, 1700
with 2 infants, on the ship Mary and Ann with George Hawes as Commander
of the ship.They were at see 13 weeks and landed July 23, 1700 in the
Colonial harbor of Virginia (mouth of James River). Susaanne Soblet and
three infants sailed on September 20, 1700 on the ship Peter and Anthony
with Daniel Perreau of Commander.

Do you have any specific questions? I might be able to help. I have a
copy of "The Soblet (Sublet) Family of Manakintown King William Parish,
Virginia" This was compiled by Cameron Allen of East Orange, New
Jersey, James N. Jackson, ed. and is published by the Detroit Society
for Genealogical Research, Inc. When I started this journey many
wonderful folks suggested I obtain it because it is pretty much the
SOBLET/SUBLETT bible.
