I would be interested in seeing the Huguenot Recipes on the list -- what
our ancestors ate is part of our heritage. As others have said, it would
be important to put the recipe name in the subject line so those who aren't
interested can easily delete. I'm one of those people Dena mentioned who
reads cookbooks for entertainment. I can't resist buying cookbooks, but I
rarely cook. When I do, one of my friends always asks if I have notified
the local fire department and warned the neighbors (wise guy that he is)!
