I think it would be fine to share recipes...its all a part of learning about our fore fathers...hmmmm mothers maybe... but then are not the best cooks supposed to be the French men.... Thats food for thought. If the subject line states that it is a recipe, those not interested could by pass the banquet.
I for one believe the more we know about the everyday lives of our dearly departed the better we can understand who they were. We then gain a better understanding of our heritage and the culture of that time..... I have my grandmothers hand written recipes, and they are as precious as photo's or a piece of hand tatted lace to me. Sharon in Comox
