Jacqueline,
Do you know the whole story about Jean Peter Purry and the two groups
of Huguenots that he somewhat conned into coming to Carolina? Your
family was part of the second group (the first didn't even leave
port). If you don't have a record of it I will type and e-mail it to
you. Its absolutely fascinating (albeit long).
