Error in my previous posting:

This particular couple were said to have "lived among the
savages" along the Hudson. The reason for this is unknown.
There is one baptismal record at Tappan DRC, and a few at Sleepy
Hollow DRC ca *1790s* but many earlier critical records for this
couple are missing.
