Peter,
I have written to a French friend of a cousin. He does a bit of genealogy
and so have asked him if he knows of any connection between the two names.
I will post any reply I get - I feel there could easily be a connection even
tho' I have not found any Huguenots in my Bousquet line. They were all in
the Bordeaux area and we have corresponded with some in the past.

I've been wondering about this - there might have been a slight legerdemain
on the part of the scribe at the time!

Ther is a little on the Bocquets at the library. I sahll, once all the info
is collected, contribute my efforst to the Hugenot families!
