Marge Here —

What a wonderful idea Carol. Both you and Tracey amaze me so much with your
ability to bring forward such stupendous ideas and be able to act upon them.
You make a great team.

Tracey, your question regarding pain in chest when stretching. When I
stretch to reach for something, I don't get a pain exactly in my chest but
the feeling of a cramp in my back. Sometimes I will get this same effect
when I stretch to lie down flat in bed. Also, I will get cramps in my toes
and feet if I do a sudden turn. My worst cramp feeling is in my calves,
mostly at night—two or three surges of pain. As mentioned in my medical
history, the only solution I could think of was to thrust a heating pad on
high until the pain eases. It is an awful feeling but fortunately, it
passes.
