Looking for "Tramps and Triumphs of the Second Iowa Infantry" by John T.
Bell. Orginally published by Gibson, Miller & Richardson, 1886 in Omaha.
Reprinted in 1961 by Valley Bank & Trust Co. in cooperation with the
Iowa State Historical Dept., 1961. This is about the Second Iowa's trip
through Georgia and the Carolinas with General Sherman. Does anyone know
where I can get a copy for my own? It's only 64 pages. Bell was a
coporal in the same company as my great-grandfather Edwin Ackerman and
I'm trying to learn about the 2nd Iowa's role in Sherman's March to the
Sea. Thank you.
