Sorry this has taken so long ~ holidays are always so busy. Dug through my stuff (am ashamed I don't have it in better order).
My great grandfather (Jacob F. Hahnenkratt ~ later Hahnen) was wounded in West Point, Missippi, somewhere in February of 1864. Think he was patched up and put back in the ranks after a couple of weeks and went on to Nashville. Do you have any other information that would be valuable? I do have his service record.
