George L STRATTON said on MO 1890 Vets census he was in from 1861-1863 and his injury was "ruptured, kicked by mule in army". Henry Co IA says he was "rejected" by Mustering Officer in 1862. How can I find out more info from Henry County on this person? Thanks for your help.
