Hi, all:

I have just received a troubling email from a list member, detailing a list
of complaints on everything from the pale yellow background to people being
asked to email their submissions to me.

I appreciate this person's honesty. I understand the "Roxanne was better"
way of thinking, but you have to keep in mind that the entire Rootsweb system
has changed since she left. Therefore, it is impossible to do things exactly
the way Roxanne did them.

I have tried to consult the list and ask for comments every step of the
way. Nevertheless, I am apparently making a number of people unhappy.
For every person that actually makes their grievances known, there are probably
scores of others in agreement who don't.

I guess the bottom line is that if you feel strongly and would like me to
step aside, I will do that graciously and work with a new CC for a smooth
transition. I just want to base such a decision on everyone's comments,
rather than those of one person.

Please respond with your honest comments to the list, so we can all view
them for a more productive discussion. And don't worry, my feelings aren't
hurt easily!
