Thanks for the obit, I had just gotten that one. I've been checking the site
recently and picking out obits and filling in names. Does family tree maker
make relationship connections? I've been filling in names as I read obits,
with siblings and children, and spouses and their parents, etc. I probably
have a real mess, huh?

Have you upgraded to 9.0 family tree? I was just wondering about the new
photo enhancements.

You know I'm still trying to find Fritz Fischer's obit. The only picture we
have was taken at a studio in Ossian. I wondered if one of the Schultz
siblings raised him...or if Kate actually lived with her folks when she had
him. So I'm trying to place where Katie and her siblings lived in 1884, some
were married and could easily taken a baby in. I also tried Winneshiek
county site, to see if his obit was posted there, but no luck. Katie is
becoming so real to me, especially now that I have read her obit, and have
seen a photo of Fritz.
