I am looking for info and decendants of Hans and Maren. They emmigrated from Norway (Oppland and Rogaland respectively) in 1851 with their families. They married the same year and settled in Freeport (Trout Run). In 1854 they moved to Hanouver Township where they lived until they retired from farming and moved to Waukon. They had 9 children: Albert, Henry, Addie, Halvor, Lena, Oscar, Etta, Jane and Oliver (my grandfather). Does anyone have any info not in their obituaries?
