I'm not familiar with St. John the Baptist church, but St. Patrick's in Waukon and the Mt. Olivet cemetery are still in active use. I found many of the cemetery records on-line here at rootsweb.com posted by some dedicated volunteers in Allamakee county.

I downloaded the Mt. Olivet files because I have relatives there. I searched for Riley in it and found the following:
