Subject: [IAALLAMA-L] Marshal Elmer Lennon - 1939

I have a partial newspaper clipping of an article about the 1939 shooting
of Elmer Lennon, the night Marshal of Postville. He was killed on November
9, 1939 by an escaped convict. The article has a very nice picture of
Marshal Lennon that was taken on the eve of his death. I will scan the
partial article and photo and send to anyone who may want it. I'm also
looking for the remainder of the article. After reading the article & doing
the math, I'm guessing that this article appeared in a 1995 Postville
Herald, although the name of the paper and the date are not on the clipping.
