I'm surprised they would refuse to send the marriage record without the exact date when you know it is 1911.

Legal Separation Petitioned.
Blanche Murphy has filed her petition for divorce from William Murphy in the district court of Black Hawk county. The couple were united in marriage June 29, 1911.
