An update to this old query: As of January,2005, I have 1895 Iowa State census information that shows Martin Dorsey, age 44, born in New York, wife b. Wisconsin with children, living in Dougherty Twp. I believe this individual to be the son of Murt Dorsey of Washington County, NY and brother to Richard Dorsey (1843-1923) of Osage, Mitchell Co., IA. Am looking for descendents of his sons, John, Joseph and Leo.
