Mary replied (to Noreen), "In 1930 Herman F. (age 40, Manager of Lucas [County? Farm? ??] ) is living with wife Cassandra J. (age 44), son Charles M. (age 9) and daughter Margaret E. (age 5). Source: 1930 U.S. Federal Census > Iowa > Lucas > Chariton > District 5."

Noreen, I believe this may be Herman and his parents in 1895, living in Richman in Wayne County. (This census indicates that Herman was born in Lucas County.)
