All to often we see the need for volunteer lookups right in the Chickasaw County whether they be cemetery, land, court house, etc. We would certainly like to be able to list Chickasaw residents (or close to Chickasaw) who would be willing to be on our LOOKUPS page - http://iagenweb.org/chickasaw/vollookups.htm - for free local lookups in helping remote people doing lookups in Chickasaw. If you are willing to volunteer please send me a note at email.
Another possibility is for local people to volunteer for Randam Acts of Genealogical Kindness at their Iowa web page - http://raogk.com/iowa.htm .
