In 1880 in Fredericksburg Township, Page 19, Chickasaw County, Dwelling 171,
Family 175 there lives the family of Owen MCGRODER (Name on Index).
Owen, 40. b. Ireland
Catherine, 40, b. Ireland
Bernard, 17
Frank, 14
Michael 12,
Patrick 10
Owen 8,
Ellen 7,
John 4,
Eddie 3,
James 1
All children b. Iowa except Bernard, b. Illinois.

In 1895 Census the following McGruders are in respective townships. Names on
an index, can't tell who lives with who.
Washington:
Owen 55,
Catherine 60,
Owen 23,
Edward ?,
James 14,
Katie 13,
Mary 13,
Rose 10,
Frank 28,
Pat 25

New Hampton:
Katie 28

Jacksonville:
Bernard 52,
Margaret 40,

In 1900 Washington Township, Sheet 12A:
Frank Nov 1867, f. and m. b. Ireland
Doesn't look like Minnie, b. Aug 1873, f.b. Germany, m. Iowa
