Mrs. George Friedlein died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Caroline Miller, at Waverly, January 11, 1910. Margaret Grosch ws born in Germany, Jan. 3, 1828, where she was married to Henry Friedlein. With their son Fred, they came to America and lived in Cincinnati where her husband died and a daughter, Elizabeth, was born. She married her husband's brother, George Friedlein. They came to Guttenberg where they resided a short time and then moved on a farm near Millville, where her husband died in 1896. As a result from a fall at the home of her son Charles at Osterdock, she had been ailing since 1908, and had since made her home with her daughter Caroline, at Waverly. She is survived by her sons and daughers, Charles of Osterdock, Henry and Louis of Turkey River, Elizabeth Merrill of Avery, Okla., Maggie Gross of Fontanell, Caroline Miller of Waverly, besides thirty-eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Bural was made Friday, January 14th in the family cem!
