Schleswig produced one in 1974 on the 75th anniversary of the
town's founding. Unfortunately, they didn't produce one in 1999 on
their 100th anniversary. I have no idea if there are any of the 1974
books available for sale. I doubt if there are after 25+ years.

There was a history book produced by Charter Oak on their 100th
anniversary in 1991. I'm quite certain none of those are still
available for sale. Jean Remmes of Charter Oak was able to get
copies made from some of the pages used for proofs at the local
newspaper that we could use to post the history on the Crawford
County GenWeb site.
