Arlene Sophia Kaspersen,
89, of Carroll and formerly of
Westside, died Wednesday at
Creighton Medical Center in
Omaha, Nebraska.

Funeral services will be at 2
p.m. Saturday at Zion Lutheran
Church in Arcadia. Friends
may call after 4 p.m. Friday at
the Dahn & Woodhouse
Funeral Home in Carroll
where there will be a prayer
service at 7 p.m. Burial will
be in the Arcadia Cemetery.

A memorial fund has been
established for Zion Lutheran
Church, New Hope Village or
the Arcadia Cemetery Association
and may be left at the
funeral home or the church.

Survivors include two sons,
LeRoy Kaspersen of Vail and
Keith Kaspersen of Westside;
three daughters, Twyla Rowley
of Syracuse, Nebraska,
Sharon Maasen of Westside,
Marjean Lipton of Carroll; 14
grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren;
one step-granddaughter;
one step-greatgranddaughter;
one sister,
Opal Hargens of Manning; and
one brother, Marlyn Brockman
of Lake View.
