Subject: New on the Crawford County IAGenWeb Site

We have some new projects on the Crawford County IAGenWeb Site! There are
four new Categories in the Database - Births, Marriages, Deaths and
Landowners. You can send your Obituaries, Birth notices, Marriages, Death Notices,
etc. from the county newspapers to me and have them posted directly into our own
archive on the website. We have built an alphabetical archive for each of
these categories. Some death notices and obituaries have already been posted
to the new pages contributed by Melba McDowell and Bob Kuehl. Check them out!

Note: Any article printed before 1923 can be transcribed completely. Any
article printed after 1923 should be abstracted with only genealogical facts
included unless you have permission from the newspaper to post the articles in
full on the Internet. Survivors should not be named without their
permission. See the Guidelines at the bottom of the Obituaries Page.

We have also added the IAGenWeb Message Boards to the site. These are
relatively the same as the Rootsweb Boards. Give them a try!
