Welcome Elaine.

I'm researching a SMITH family of Dallas Center. Alonzo and Elizabeth (McDonald) SMITH were in the censuses there from 1880 to 1910. They had children: Mark, Susan, Francis, and Emma. I have not found where and when Alonzo and Elizabeth died or if they are buried in Dallas County. Alonzo was a Civil War veteran and was for a time Justice of the Peace in Dallas County. Other than the names of the children, I don't know about their descendants, either. Always interested in any information about this family.
