DIED--LEONA RACHEL SHIELDS, the beautiful seven weeks old daughter of
MR. and MRS. W.H. SHIELDS, of Grand River, Iowa. The child was taken
ill only a few days ago with bronchitis and died Sunday evening, January
3, l892.

The funeral was attended by a number of relatives and friends, and was
conducted by the writer. This is the third child that these parents
have buried in similar circumstances during the last two years.

May God heal their wounded hearts and give them the grace of patience to
bear their lot nobly.
