FLORENCE FARRIS CARROLL, daughter of MARION and HARRIET CARROLL, was born at Terre Haute, Decatur County, August 2, l902, and died ad Decatur City, Iowa, May 29, l923, being twenty-one years, eight months and twenty-nine days old. She leaves to mourn her loss, a father, mother, four brothers and two sisters and a host of relatives and friends.

The funeral was held at the Terre Haute School House, Thursday, at 2 o'clock, conducted by Brother Ellars, assisted by Brother Peace. Interment at McDowell Cemetery.
