I don't get to read the submissions here but about once a week, and then, it takes me more than an hour to get through them. It seems there is a lot of participation--much more here than on other lists that I subscribe to. Those might only have 2 or 3 posts a week! I'm not sure I understand what the complaint is since I, personally, find it difficult to get through so mnay "kudos" and back patting that is time consuming. I had 130 posts and it seemed a lot were dealing with not paricipating--which is not evident to me--maybe that is because I don't read them everyday.I am retired and I also volunteer in the community and I know many others tha have. It sounds like you don't feel you are being recognized, and that is too bad since it seems that everyone always tells you how much you are aprreciated. I think everone that writes makes a huge effort to thank each other when they have been helped, which can sometimes be a little bit too much. That's when I'm trying to read!
