Hi Linda,
there is a Rachel Ellen Silbaugh who died 22 Nov 1929 in Todd County, Minnesota from the Minnesota Death Index - 1908-2002. No other information.
In 1930 Census in Long Prairie Village, Long Prairie Township, Todd County, Mn. Sheet 18B, on living on Poplar Street, Dwelling 436, Family 458 is LeRoy, age 49, married at 58. Wife is Mary, 56, married at 19. Included in household is Dorothy Schintzen, 17, step-daughter and Robert E. Schintzen, 14, step-son. Living in Todd county are surnames Sckintgen also.
