Good Morning, Iowa genealogists!

A "Holiday Fair" is being held here at IAGenWeb to show case our two
outstanding orphaned counties! They are Montgomery and Osceola counties.
These counties come in two different sizes, locations and colors. Wont you
take a few minutes to "tour" both counties, and then send me a request for
an application either Montgomery or Osceola county?! Both of our orphan
counties are in need of a bit of TLC. Someone who loves genealogy, enjoys
giving and likes sharing with others. If you adopt a county, you will
benefit other researchers, join a great team of volunteers, as well as have
an experience that's both fun and creative.

Would you like to know what the requirements are? Or would you like an
application for one of our terrific orphan counties? Then email the Welcome

will be happy to answer your questions.

This invitation is open also to any current county coordinators who would
like to adopt another county. Just email us and we will get an application
to you! And if you are interested in adopting a county that already has a
CC, we'll be happy to put you on the waiting list. If your county of
interest comes open you'll be notified with the right to apply first or
decline.
