Researching and tracing my father's side of the family. My gggf, Benjamin Fern, b1827, IRE, married my gggm, Ann(a) E. Kline, b1832-3, from Shenandoah Co., VA. The 1880 Census Household Record shows Benjamin and Ann(a) living in Dubuque, Iowa. The 1850 Census shows my ggggf to be Abraham (Abram D.) Kline and my ggggm to be Ann Newland-Kline also living in Dubuque, with 6 children. Ann Elizabeth Kline is 18. Both of her parents were also from VA or WVA. The names of Ann Elizabeth's brothers and sisters, also all born in VA or WVA, are Martha Ellen, b1830; Susan E., b1835; Nancy C., b1837; John H., b1840; Jane Margaret, b1845; and Andrew D., b1847. Would like to contact any living relatives.
