Thank you for posting this infomation to the Fremont County Message Board. I have just recently discovered it and have been reading all the information concerning my Rowe/Stevens/Hickey family. Lenna Rowe and Nathaniel Hickey were my great grandparents. Their son John Hickey and Vera Savidge(daughter of Ed and Jennie Bell Savidge) being my grandparents.

Jane Kenison Rowe Mahen, mother of John Rowe, was living in John Rowe household on the 1870 Fremont Co, IA census. I have not been able to trace her after that. I would appreciate any help.
