FREMONT COUNTY HERALD. June 5, l908. SIDNEY WILL HAVE A BAND.--A meeting was held last Tuesday night for the purpose of re-organizing the Sidney band. The attendance was all that could be desired and the enthusiasm was such that there was no mistake of sentiment.
Sidney has had a good band and can have just as good for all of the old players are in the new organization. They mean business and soon our city will be delighted to hear most excellent music.
The names of the players are:
CLARINET: C.P. Adle, leader; James Quinn; Ralph Pickens
CORNET: Col Pullman, Allen Hettinger
BARITONE: Thomas Pullman
ALTO: Ivon Hiatt, Herman Wankel, Harold Jobe, L.E. Holloway
TUBA: Thomas Iiams
BASS DRUM: Victor Laird
SNARE DRUM: Will Lamb
TENOR: Clarence Reed
TROMBONE: Fred Proctor
