THE FREMONT COUNTY SUN. October 10, 1895. "Pleasant Valley News".--Thomas Stanton and family of Missouri are visiting his brother-in-law J. W. Peeler of this place......D. A. Copson returned from Louisville, Ky., last week. He says he met quite a number of old comrades at a regimental reunion at Jeffersonville, Ind. It was his first meeting with his old comrades since July 1865. D. A. says that the Louisville encampment was the grandest sight he ever seen. Dave also visited his old home at Madison, Indiana. While in St. Louis he visited the great exposition and says, it was simply immense and far ahead of any exposition he ever attended.
