THE SIDNEY ARGUS-HERALD. April 19, 1934. "Birthday on the 13th".--Mrs. Morton Graves, resident of the east side of the county writes this paper as follows:

"Saw your article in the Argus-Herald about Friday the 13th of April birthdays. Our son, Maurice, was 13 years old Friday the 13th of April 1934. He was born Wednesday, April 13, 1921. Am enclosing a picture of him and his dog."

Just one look at the picture is sufficient to dispel the notion that there is anything unlucky about the number 13. A husky chap with a dandy dog--and what more is required to make life complete at the age of 13? we rise to ask.
