Terry: Frank Spratlin would have been too old to have attended school anytime after 1880.......Kate Farmer always lived in Madison township, not in the town of Riverton where Maud Anderson was born.....The district schools in Fremont county followed Horace Mann's outlines, and tried to place the school house in the middle of a four mile square. As to the proximity of their several residences, as of right now I have no notes, but will try to keep in mind the possibility of presupposing which neighborhood each lived in--if I can associate the necessary facts--and if I have recognized the facts as being parallel in the first place.
