I have a researcher doing work for me on Charles Chapdelaine
after 1800 as PRDH, accessible for $ via internet, stops at 1799 except for some deaths. If you know the parish in PQc where Louis may have been born, it would help. Lets start with that. If not, I have some other tricks. There is an
Arsenault and a Sansouci also at the French Village. These
are Chap. family names. Who knows, Louis Trudeau may be
connected. However, that is a common French/Canadian name. Are you sure of the 1819? That makes him quite
young to be there.
